**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Provide technical support for a software production processing environment.
- Detect, diagnose, and report related problems.

**What You Bring**:

- 5-9 years of experience in HPE Nonstop, TACL commands, and Tandem for production support. Additional skills in Unix, SQL, and Shell scripting.
- Good experience in HPE Nonstop and TACL, automation production support, and handling incidents.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including one week of full night shift per month.
- Shift Timings:

- Shift 1 (Morning Shift) - 06:30 am IST - 03:30 pm IST
- Shift 2 (Afternoon Shift) - 02:00 pm IST - 11:00 pm IST
- Shift 3 (Night Shift) - 10:00 pm IST - 07:00 am IST

This position is part of the MPS - EPI Production Support Team and requires 24x7 support on rotational shifts. Key skills include Unix, SQL, and Shell scripting. Additional knowledge of IST Switch, any Switch, Payments Product, and Batch Processing is desirable.
