**Position**: Education Counselor / Customer Service Representative
**Years of Experience**:

- Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Career Counseling
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field
- Familiarity with the education sector and its trends
- Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service is a plus
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide student counseling on educational programs and career pathways.
- Drive sales and enrollment through persuasive techniques.
- Manage customer relationships and address inquiries and concerns.
- Offer advisory services to students and parents regarding educational options.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.
- Prepare sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling and sales skills.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong communication skills.
- Convincing ability.
- Proficiency in sales techniques.
