**Prior experience in the real estate industry is a must**:

- **Proven experience in materials procurement within the real estate or construction industry.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1) Full knowledge of BOQ/ SPECIFICATION of Core knowledge of each item.**

**2) Proven experience in procurement and vendor management related to civil construction in Real Estate and Infra Projects.**

**3) Knowledge of making Work Orders, Purchase Orders on Word/Excel.**

**4) Vendor relationships: Building and maintaining supplier relationships to secure advantageous deals.**

5) Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

6) Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and prices with suppliers.

7) Inventory management: Monitoring inventory levels and working with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock levels.

9) Quality assurance: Performing quality assurance of purchased products.

10) Expert in construction material handling end-to-end procurement of the assigned material and ensuring timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.

11) Cost control: Controlling costs.

12) Timely deliveries: Ensuring timely deliveries

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech or Diploma) in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in materials procurement within the real estate or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and industry standards.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Material Purchase in a Real Estate Company
- Age Group = 31 yrs to 45 yrs.
- Good Communication skills
- Computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.
- Analytical, data-driven approach with an attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
