Urgently Hiring Purchase Executive

**Job Responsibility**:
- **Skilled in Purchase and Procurement of Material for real estate site. Purchase right quality at the right cost and ensure timely delivery.**:
1) Full knowledge of BOQ/ SPECIFICATION of Core knowledge of each item.
2) Responsible for negotiation & purchase of material related to civil construction in Real Estate and Infra Projects.
3) Need to have knowledge of Work Order, Purchase Order, and taking Quotation from vendors.
4) Create Relationships with vendor by finding out their performance from market and undertake joint
- Improvement projects with them.
- Effective coordination with all sites. Regular site visits.
- Creating strong networking within and outside the organization.
- Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets
5) Expert in construction material Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.
6) Enhance value of the product / services and make annual rate contracts obtain alternate products / vendors or substituting the OEM's.
7) He should have Good negotiation skills / presentation skill for effective coordination with all sites.
8) Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.
8) Collecting quotations from various vendors against purchase requisition.
9) Making a comparison of received quotations for rate quality etc for analysis and finalization
10) Ensure materials purchased are according with company requirement.
11) Assist in daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
12) Assist in evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
13) Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets
**Job Requirements**:
- **Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in Material Purchase in a Real Estate Company**:
- **Experience in real estate would be preferred.**:
- **Age Group = 31 yrs to 45 yrs.**:
- **Salary = 20000 to 30000**:
- **Experience in real estate is highly preferred.**:
- Proficient in English will be give an extra efficient.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, creative and resourceful.
- Initiative and possesses drive, work well under pressure to meet fast changing requirements and expectations
- Proven negotiation and facilitation skills
- Analytical, data driven approach with an attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
