Job description
**Job Summary**
1.Taking care of all telephone calls through EPBX.
2.Receiving the visitors and fixing the appointment with the concerned.
3.Maintaining the attendance register of the staff and monitoring the attendance for payroll processing.
4.Maintaining the Leave Register of Staff Members.
5.Booking Air / Train / Bus tickets to the Directors and staff as per the requirement from time to time.
6.Making hotel accommodation & car arrangement of Directors and Visitors & coordinating the hospitality to guests.
7.Taking care of inward and outward mails and couriers. Tracking the mails/ couriers for the in time delivery and maintaining the proper registers for tracking.
8.Supervising office boys and making sure that their availability to the Directors and staff with proper dress code and taking care of all house keeping and pantry facilities by procuring necessary material in time.
9.Computing office expenses and bills and see that all the payments to be done in time to the service providers.
10.Any other official jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time as per front office requirement.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Responsible for all front office activities of the Company.
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
2.Should be a Graduate.
3.Should have minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in front office activities.
4.Should be well versed with MS Office, Internet and Mail Operations.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
