directing and coaching staff to ensurepleasant experience to all visitors xe2x96xaa Greet VIP clients visitors on arrival at front office and as directed perform special servicesfor VIP Guests client Provide safety briefing and assist in VIPs arrival departure inabsence of guest relation officers xe2x96xaa Assist in sending clients visitors messages or faxes and self-check-in xe2x96xaa Assisting with special needs for visitors with disabilities xe2x96xaa Having prior information of arriving clients visitors and ensure all necessary arrangementsare done as per requirement follow up in case guests are not picked up from hotel xe2x96xaa Co-ordinate with night shift front office executive to ensure details of large parties arereceived and badges are ready for allocation on arrivalxe2x96xaa Handling client visitors sponsors complaints feedbacks and other related problems andcommunicate to next level or as per escalation matrix xe2x96xaa Ensure welcome PPT is updated displayed for the client visits and all the equipments arein working conditionxe2x96xaa Ensure all relevant communication is updated and displayed at all times at the Front office as per the guidelines given by SDL xe2x96xaa Check cleanliness of lobby lifts and public areas lights and as well as front office staff inproper grooming and behavior xe2x96xaa Ensure all equipment and hardware at the Front Office is working and there is zero downtime Escalate to next level as necessary for rectification xe2x96xaa Operates the front office computer system to assist front office attendantsxe2x96xaa Aid in general administrative activities and to Helpdesk as required xe2x96xaa Ensure FOE handles all incoming and outgoing calls in professional polite manner Co-ordinates with all departments to address the all the concerns eventmanagement flower arrangements to maintain Front Office functions properly xe2x96xaa Ensure Accenture specific processes manual is followedxe2x96xaa Manage track amount collected for temporary badges xe2x96xaa Ensure compliance of regulations requirements of JLL management xe2x96xaa Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and businesscontinuity xe2x96xaa Develop the necessary policies and procedures required for all functions within the scope of FrontOffice xe2x96xaa Responsible for ensuring availability of safety and Accenture directory signage xe2x96xaa Preparation of all required reports participation in internal external audits xe2x96xaa Ensure training of front office GRE staff as per relevant training calendarsxe2x96xaa To
