**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Support event planning, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Manage social media presence and track engagement metrics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI, KPIs).
- Assist in brand-building initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging and design.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing (digital/offline).
- Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
