**Compensation**:

**Responsibilities**:

- User Interface (UI) Implementation: Transform design mockups into functional user interfaces by writing clean, modular, and efficient code. Collaborate with designers to optimize the visual appearance and user experience.
- Interactive Features: Implement interactive elements such as buttons, forms, dropdowns, sliders, and animations to enhance user engagement and usability.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and ensure compatibility across different web browsers and platforms, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Code Maintenance and Version Control: Maintain and update existing frontend codebases, including debugging, troubleshooting, and refactoring. Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase changes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality digital products that meet client requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the frontend components are bug-free, accessible, and meet the specified requirements.

**Skill Sets and qualifications required**:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential. Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is highly desirable. Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less) and task runners (e.g., Gulp, Webpack) is advantageous.
- Design Awareness: Understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and translate design concepts into code.
- User Experience (UX) Understanding: Familiarity with UX principles and best practices, such as usability testing and responsive design. Ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and methods to address them, ensuring consistent experiences across different browsers and devices.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and debug frontend issues effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Adaptability and Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and industry trends. Proactive in seeking opportunities for professional growth and self-improvement.
- Portfolio: A portfolio of past projects showcasing frontend development skills is highly desirable.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of frontend concepts and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
