**Job description**:
We are looking for a creative designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of various digital assets, as per the requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and prototypes.
- Testing UI elements and tools such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Responsible for product testing and analysis.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Take complete ownership of projects and their development cycle, and will be handling post production requirements as well.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor/master’s degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction(HCI), or related design discipline.
- 1-3 years in UI/UX designing for apps, websites, dashboards.
- Should be proficient in Figma, Adobe XD and graphic designing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- A portfolio of UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Through understanding of contextual inquiry, personas,needs assessment, usability testing and heuristic evaluation.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite will be plus on.
- Knowledge of technologies and software requirements will be a plus on.
- Excellent analytics and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Location-: Okhla Phase 1

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
