Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Contract) for Forward Protocol's Forward Factory

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to understand the Forward Factory, its uses, target audience, and design a seamless user experience (UX) flow and user interface (UI) that align with our brand goals and the needs of our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and analyze similar products in the Web 2.0 space, as well as relevant Web 3.0 competitors
- Collaborate with the product team to understand the Forward Factory, its use cases, and target audience
- Design and develop a user-centric UX flow and UI, ensuring an intuitive, easy-to-use, and self-explanatory experience
- Iterate on existing designs based on user feedback and internal input
- Measure and optimize designs against KPIs, such as user feedback, sign-up to deployment ratio, repeat users, and social engagement
- Present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the tech or blockchain industry
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in UX/UI design
- Knowledge of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 technologies and design trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for blockchain technology and its potential for widespread adoption
