**Role Overview**:
As a Dispatch Supervisor, you will manage the daily delivery operations of our company. Your main tasks include planning delivery routes, working with drivers, tracking deliveries, and fixing problems quickly. You’ll also focus on improving how we work and keeping customers happy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the dispatch department as per the instructions from H.O.
- Assign delivery routes and schedules to drivers.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods.
- Monitor delivery progress and address any delays or issues that arise.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to optimize delivery processes.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documents.
- Supervise and support a team of dispatchers, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Coordinate with H.O. for aligning all the dispatches and keep updated on the progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a dispatch supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
