Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Bhiwandi

**Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month**

Experience: 3-4 years

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching books and publications.

2. Ensure proper stock management, organization, and accurate record-keeping.

3. Oversee loading/unloading operations, coordinating with transport teams for timely shipments.

4. Conduct inventory checks and audits, ensuring stock accuracy.

5. Lead a team of warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.

6. Maintain warehouse safety standards and ensure proper handling of materials.

7. Generate daily and weekly reports on stock levels and operational efficiency.

8. Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.

9. Suggest and implement process improvements for better warehouse efficiency.

**Key Skills Required**:
Warehouse operations & inventory control experience, preferably in the publishing industry.

Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or manual inventory tracking methods.

Strong team supervision & leadership abilities.

Knowledge of logistics, order processing, and dispatch management.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
