**Identity Security Engineer-L1**

**Job Description:

- **

1. Manage customer support tickets & maintain SLA.

2. Interact with customers, & maintain and update reports on a daily and weekly basis.

3. You may also be required to work on implementation projects.

4. You will also be expected to create and maintain a learning path for Identity Security software

as per designated by the organization.

5. Interact with team members and train them whenever needed.

**Skills:

- **

1. Experience in Windows Admin, Linux Admin, and Windows AD must.

2. Basic knowledge of Networking required.

3. Experience or knowledge in identity security will be preferable.

4. Basic knowledge or experience in PAM is preferable.

5. Basic Knowledge of CyberArk PAM solution

6. Cyberark Level 2 Certification.

- New Delhi**

**Salary**: ₹471,124.25 - ₹1,432,483.13 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
