As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Fitness Sales Executives.

**1. Sales and Membership Generation**:

- Actively engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and promote FitVilla's membership options.
- Conduct on-site tours of the gym, showcasing facilities and amenities to potential clients.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

**2. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing information about gym programs and services.

**3. Field Sales**:

- Conduct field sales activities to reach out to corporate clients, community events, and partnerships to drive membership sales.
- Represent FitVilla Luxury Gym at promotional events and collaborate with local businesses to enhance brand visibility.

**4. Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about FitVilla's offerings, including fitness programs, classes, and promotions.
- Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of FitVilla's services to potential members.

**5. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or luxury service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in fitness or sales roles is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license for field sales activities.
