**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Course Sales**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for NEET PG and FMGE courses through effective lead conversion.
- **Identify Needs**: Understand the unique needs of NEET PG and FMGE aspirants and match them with appropriate Medway Online courses and resources.
- **Build Relationships**: Foster long-term relationships with students, parents, and academic partners to promote brand loyalty and referrals.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with Medway Online’s latest courses, offers, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- **Collaborate with Marketing**: Work closely with the marketing team to strategize campaigns and leverage promotional materials for increased sales impact.
- **Customer Support**: Assist prospective students with inquiries regarding the courses, registration process, and any other support needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the online education sector.
- Knowledge of NEET PG and FMGE exams and their preparation landscape.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-driven with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
