We’re seeking dynamic and motivated Tele-Sales Executives to join our thriving team. If you have experience in outbound sales, especially in health insurance and possess excellent English communication skills, we’d love to connect
This role offers high earning potential through robust incentive structures and growth opportunities.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch relevant products/services
- Explain product features, answer queries, and drive conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with supervisors to refine pitch strategy and feedback processes
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 6 months of outbound sales experience
- Preferred: Sales background in health insurance or related services.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication in English
- Persuasive sales pitch, active listening, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
