A telesales executive's responsibilities include:

- Making sales: Calling existing and potential customers to sell products and services.
- Building relationships: Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Generating leads: Researching prospects and generating leads for the outside sales team.
- Managing accounts: Managing customer accounts and ensuring existing customers are satisfied.
- Recording information: Recording customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date: Keeping up to date on products and informing customers of new products.
- Meeting targets: Meeting sales quotas and achieving sales goals.
- Using sales scripts: Using sales scripts to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Time management: Managing time between client meetings and administrative tasks.
- Interpersonal communication: Building interpersonal networks and cooperating with marketing executives.
