**Role Description**

This is a full-time Operations Executive role at our Mumbai location. The Operations Executive will manage day-to-day operations, short-term and long-term initiatives, and ensure efficiency and best practices across all projects and operations. The Operations Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as HR, Finance, Training, and Sales, to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

The role will also involve coordination activities, status reporting, financial reporting, content collation, and operational activities.

Work is full-time onsite in Powai, Mumbai with occasional need-based travel to client sites.

Compensation: As per skills and experience.

Joining: Immediate.

100% onsite job. Flexi start/end work hours. Alternate Saturdays are working.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of experience in operations management or a related field. Interns and freshers may be considered on a case basis.
- Strong operation management skills, with proven experience in managing multiple operations and priorities
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Nice to have: Experiences in the project management office, training support, sales and marketing support, digital marketing, Human Resources, and recruitment support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
