Area Sales Executive

Job Overview:
Aadhi Glass Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our sales team The Sales Executive will report to Head of Sales and work under their guidance. They will be responsible for generating their own sales leads, primarily focusing on channel sales, and driving the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a keen interest in the building materials industry, particularly glass and façade solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Lead Generation and Sales Development:
- Independently generate new sales leads through multiple channels such as networking, referrals, and industry connections, etc.
- Identify and target potential clients in the building materials sector, particularly in the glass and façade solutions industry.
- Focus on channel sales, targeting key players like facade consultants, architects, civil engineers, and UPVC fabricators to generate new business opportunities. '
B. Sales Closing:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring
consistent follow-up and conversion of leads into successful sales.
- Present product offerings to potential clients, highlighting the value propositions and addressing client needs.
- Negotiate terms, finalize pricing, and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Close multiple sales monthly, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
C. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide solutions to customer concerns, maintain clear communication, and ensure smooth sales transactions.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, quotations, and sales activities on the CRM system.
D. Sales Reporting and Target Achievement:
- Provide regular updates to the Sales and Marketing Head on sales performance,
including lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and monthly sales achievements.
- Track and report on sales metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring sales targets are met consistently.
E. Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to
identify new business opportunities.
- Develop targeted sales strategies based on market research and customer needs to maximize sales and market share.
F. Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and
marketing efforts, including promotional materials and lead generation campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote Aadhi Glass Pvt Ltd. products and build a network of potential clients.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
A. Experience:
- 2-6 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on generating leads and closing deals independently, preferably in the building materials industry (glass, façade solutions, UPVC, etc.).
- Proven experience in channel sales and working with professionals such as architects, façade consultants, civil engineers, and other industry-related stakeholders.
B. Skills & Education:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong ability to generate and
close sales independently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and manage
time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
