Location: Kolkata

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the processing of insurance claims, including reviewing claims documentation, verifying coverage, and determining claim eligibility.

2. Communicate with clients, adjusters, and other parties involved in the claims process to ensure a smooth and timely claims process.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims records in the company's database.

4. Provide administrative support to the claims department, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

7. Attend training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and services

8. Understanding customer’s claim related queries and providing solutions

9. Guiding customer on Do’s and Don’ts post loss intimation

10. Coordinate with Insured for submission of essential documents and negotiate with Insurance company wherever required

11. Assist insured to draft appeal seeking redressal if improvement required in claim assessment by Insurance company

12. Active pursuance with Insurer to hasten processing the claim within the agreed TATs
- Requirements:_
- 1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field._
- **2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance claims or related roles.**_
- 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written._
- 4. Good understanding of insurance claim procedures and the claims process._
- 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software._
- 6. Attention to detail and accuracy._
- 7. Ability to multitask and prioritise work._
- 8. Knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry_
- 9. Friendly and professional demeanour_
- 10. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations_
- 11. Ability to explain detailed policy and claim concepts in a simple way_

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
