- We're looking for a people leader with these qualities who can:
- serve as a Product Manager / Product Owner with an agile pod focusing on Alternative Investment products, with a secondary focus on supporting our other Investment products including Mutual Funds, Insurance & Annuities and IRA’s and Donor Advised Funds
- help define the digital strategy and roadmap for the alternative investment products and platforms through thought leadership, client and field centric inputs and partnership with business stakeholders.
- define requirements and user stories to deliver solutions for these products within the agile pod
- help provide thought leadership to maximize the platform experience and capabilities with value-added solutions
- prioritize activities and maintaining the pod backlog including business development, regulatory and product maintenance activities
- execute on multiple concurrent priorities and deliverables
- establish cadence and coordination across technology, business, and vendors (where applicable) on development execution
- help drive quality deliverables and effectively communicate with all key stakeholders on priorities and deliverables
- owning the commercial and technical product specification, ensuring the quality of the product including technical and non-functional requirements, e.g. production stability, performance, availability and maintainability

- You’ll be joining the US Digital team in Pune, India, and working with our combined team of digital product owners and IT engineers in Pune and the US. This team is focused on integrating the various segmented needs of the business into a strategically-focused whole through the delivery of best-in-class, customer-centric solutions.
**Your expertise**
- Your expertise:
- ideally a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with an advanced degree
- ideally 7+ years of experience in some combination of product and platform management and operations
- familiarity and experience working with the alternative investment lifecycle and product offerings
- familiarity with leading platforms in the wealth management, financial services, or other applicable industries
- experience in designing and delivering client journeys
- define and develop customer-level requirements, features, value propositions, and experiences for digital product offerings
- in-depth knowledge of financial products and ability to manage a product roadmap
- ability to collaborate across the organization, prioritize and execute on multiple concurrent priorities
- agile methodologies and delivery experience
