We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Quality Controller** to oversee the quality of products in our manufacturing process. The role involves inspecting materials, components, and finished goods to ensure they meet internal and regulatory standards. The Quality Controller plays a key part in maintaining product consistency, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **in-process and final inspections** on manufactured products to verify compliance with quality specifications.
- Monitor **production processes** and ensure **adherence to quality standards** at every stage of the manufacturing line.
- Record and report **defective materials or products**, ensuring prompt corrective action.
- Use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and **visual inspection techniques** to assess product quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of **inspection results**, **test records**, and **non-conformances**.
- Assist in the implementation of **ISO standards**, **lean manufacturing**, and **5S practices** where applicable.
- Ensure proper handling and calibration of quality control equipment.
- Participate in audits and help enforce **health and safety** and **compliance** policies.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or diplomas in **mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering** are preferred.
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience in quality control** within a **manufacturing or industrial setting**.
- Proficient in the use of **measurement and inspection tools**.
- Understanding of **manufacturing processes**, **drawings**, **tolerances**, and **quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001)**.
- Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings** and **specifications**.
- Strong **attention to detail**, organizational skills, and **problem-solving abilities**.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in **fast-paced**, **shift-based**, or **industrial environments**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
