**Responsibilities**
- **Production Scheduling**: Develop and maintain production schedules for sheet metal fabrication, ensuring optimal workflow and mínimal downtime.
- **Material & Resource Management**: Coordinate procurement and inventory of sheet metal materials, ensuring timely availability.
- **Process Optimization**: Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in cutting, bending, welding, and finishing processes.
- **Quality Control & Compliance**: Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Team Leadership & Coordination**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to streamline operations.
- **Reporting & Forecasting**: Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field**.
- **4+ years of experience** in **production planning and control** within the **manufacturing** industry.
- Strong **analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making** skills.
- Expertise in **sheet metal fabrication processes**.
- Proficiency in **production planning software, ERP tools, and CAD software**.
- Excellent **communication and leadership** abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
