**Responsibilities**

1. Transform learning experiences through the learning assets and activities you develop.

2. Manage several concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization,
organizational,and time management skills.

3. Excellent content research and analytical skills to convert information and learner needs into Performance-based, engaging, and practical training solutions

4. Collaborates with partners (Graphic Designers, Developers, Videographers) to
create effective learning experiences

5. Works closely with clients to conduct working sessions and review sessions and to
address needs and resolve issues as required

6. Creates design documents and storyboards for digital and non-digital learning
assets for both online and classroom delivery

7. Interviews and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

8. Ensures overall quality assurance for learning assets (including content,
writing, and learning standards)

9. Gamifying Learning Experiences for various specializations around UI UX Design.

10. Develop visually and instructional sound storyboards for varied types of content
and modes of delivery.

11. Designed and facilitate interactive learning experiences

12. Strategizing around new curriculums and opportunities as per market needs and
requirement

**Skills**

1. Interest in Product/ Curriculum/ Learning Experience Design and Management

2. Passionate about learning and utilizing Learning Science Principles

3. Managing day-to-day design direction for curriculums

4. Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, UX/UI, and
Marketing.

5. Effective Communicator with Good Writing Skills

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
