**Job Description**:
**Assist with**
- Updating business critical online learning content for different audiences
- Courseware development (SCORM files in tools like Articulate Rise)
- Uploading and organizing new pieces of content into the CMS/LMS (eg Absorb, Skilljar)
- Copy writing for internal focused learning opportunities
- Proofing courseware & other various online learning content
- Creative and/or visual design for new learning assets
- Creating and perfecting slide decks for trainings
- Content creation in various creative modalities (i.e. Video Editing)

**Ownership of**
- Content page builds & clean up
- Proofing & review process of learning experiences (courseware, video assets, content pages, etc)

**Qualifications**:
**Experience Gained**
- 3-8 years of experience in the field
- Learner-centric instructional design
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Content Management System (CMS) administration
- Understanding of tech sales and general awareness of sales processes
- Cyber security go-to-market strategy
- Baseline understanding of SaaS company structure and function
- Knowledge of a complex value-based sales cycle
- Knowledge of how enablement and training can accelerate revenue growth
- Copywriting, content editing, and proofing
- Visual/graphic design (digital assets, course assets, one-pagers, slide decks)
- Basic introduction to video editing for courseware development
