**Roles and responsibilities**
- Identifying potential customers
- Understanding customer needs
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
- Generate inquiries, negotiate, and finalize orders for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for AC
- Handle AMC renewal and provide support to the Service Supervisor
- Ensure timely renewal of maintenance contracts for both group and one-on-one customers
- Focus on improving conversion rates, recoveries, and overall business growth in the Service Sales department
- Meet with customers to assess their requirements and maintain Customer History Cards for major clients
- Provide support to the Service and Sales functions to enhance the overall customer experience
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders

**Requirement**
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in presentation and negotiation skills
- Thorough product knowledge and previous experience in direct customer handling within the AMC Sales domain will be added advantage.
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.

*Two Wheeler Mandatory*

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
