Advanced Hair Restoration India Pvt, with the brand name, Hair O Craft, is the leader in Hair Transplantation and Hair Restoration in Kerala with 17 clinics in South India and Chhattisgarh.

We are hiring **Senior Executive - Purchase** for **Kochi** location.

**Job Description**:

- Oversee and execute Materials Planning, procurement and inventory management for Equipment, Medical consumables, General consumables, printing and Stationery, medical equipment & instruments, Housekeeping, linen, office and computer.
- Preparing Purchase order for the approved items.
- Maintain updated records of purchase orders, invoices for branches and Corporate Office
- Responsible for Purchase of all items
- Maintain weekly shortage list of material and prepare the Purchase Order for Corporate office / Centre
- To identify vendors for manufacturing equipment QC instruments, utilities, raw material and packaging material as per project leader directions, maintain vendor qualification documents, and coordinate with vendors for timely supply, Rate Negotiation.
- Implement improvements to existing purchasing processes and delivery systems
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g., Vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases at Branches and Corporate office
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with Centre Manager to ensure proper storage
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on Purchases, Stock transfers, and other related reports at Purchase Department
- Visiting various centres for Purchase and Stock Auditing as and when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing field.
- Experience using procurement software and databases.
- Supervisory experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
