**JOB PURPOSE**

Purchase Executive is a key member to our procurement team responsible for managing the sourcing and acquisition of goods and services required by the organization. He/ She will play a vital role in ensuring our company by obtaining a high-quality products at the best possible prices, and in a timely manner. The Purchase Executive will collaborate with various departments, suppliers, and vendors to fulfill the procurement needs of the organization assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing and Supplier Management: _Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers for the required goods and services.

Develop and maintain a robust supplier database with detailed information about their products, pricing, and performance. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and secure the best deals for the organization.
- Purchase Order Processing_: Process purchase requisitions from various departments and convert them into purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Verify the availability of budget and necessary approvals before initiating procurement activities. Collaborate with the finance team to manage invoicing and payment processes.
- Quality and Compliance:_ Ensure that all purchased items meet quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations and safety guidelines.

Conduct supplier audits and inspections as necessary to maintain quality assurance.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance procurement processes.
- Cost Analysis and Reporting_: Analyze purchasing trends, market conditions, and pricing to make informed decisions and improve cost-effectiveness.

Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, supplier performance, and other relevant metrics for management review.
- Relationship Management:_ Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to foster long-term partnerships.

Resolve any disputes or issues that may arise during the procurement process.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Typically, 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of procurement software and tools for efficient procurement management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to procurement.

**Salary**: From ₹350,000.00 per year
