**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Core Responsibilities:

- Understand the Lowes brand guidelines and be able to create designs that are consistent with the brand tone and voice.
- Provide solutions that work best for the brand.
- Take accountability for work and work with minimum supervision over a period of time.
- Present designs to partners and team leads.
- Works within Workfront for job workload management.
- Have flexibility to design various projects which include store displays, brand styleguides, seasonal content, logos and brand launches
- Develop a strong understanding of designing for retail and retail marketing events.

**Years of Experience**

2-4 years in a similar role preferably in a design studio, advertising agency or retail firm.

**Education Qualification & Certifications**

A design graduate
- BFA, Bdes, MFA or equivalent with experience in a similar design role.

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong branding, typography, design, animation and photography capabilities
- Demonstrated understanding of design/color applied in layout, design and image composition
- Experience in Figma, Adobe CS including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Good communication skills - written and spoken
