**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise **fiber, cable work, telephone tower, and construction** projects on-site.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and within deadlines.
- Ensure **safety compliance** and proper execution of projects as per guidelines.
- Drive and transport materials, tools, and workers between sites when required.
- Monitor daily site activities and report progress to project managers.
- Maintain records of labor, materials, and work schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues proactively.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **ITI / Diploma** in Electrical or Electronics & Communication.
- **2-3 years** of relevant experience in telecom or construction site supervision.
- Valid **driving license** (Four-wheeler preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple sites and manage field workers.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
