**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and clients.
- Explain ConnectED’s services for study abroad, immigration, and test preparation.
- Handle inquiries, resolve doubts, and provide detailed guidance.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of calls and conversions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and enrollments.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills in **English and regional languages**.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow up effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
