Mann is a 14 year old nonprofit that works with 18+ adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD). We train adults with IDD for meaningful work, partnering with businesses to help them secure jobs, become valued employees, and contribute to their families and society. We foster their physical and emotional well-being and provide opportunities to experience life as any young adult.

Mann's vision is a world where young adults with intellectual disabilities live a full life with independence and dignity.

Towards that vision, our mission is to create livelihood opportunities for persons with IDD and nurture their physical and emotional well-being.

Over the last 14 years, Mann has developed and honed a structured, proven curriculum design for its training and employment programs that we call Livability and Workability training. The curriculum is individualized to each student’s needs.

**Position : Student Enrollment Resource - Adult individual with special need.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Sourcing new enrolments (students) for Mann's various programs.
- Researching and identifying schools and academic centres that work with relevant students up to the age of 18 years
- Developing creative outreach strategies to connect with schools and academic centres, religious organisations, parent forums, community/social worker groups and other organisations to identify adult individuals with special needs for Mann’s programs
- Identifying and responding to potential risks that could lead to students dropping out of the program
- Networking with Community/Social Workers/Other organisations to tap areas to reach students directly
- Network with Other organisations to tap into partnerships
- Network with Potential Employers to tap into employment opportunities for trainees who have completed their training

**Education and Experience Requirement**:

- Degree in Social Work.
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in the social sector.
- 1 year supervisory experience.

**Skills Requirement**:

- Some level of fluency in Marathi, Hindi, English, Gujarati certain target populations may be required.
- Fluent report writing skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong time management skills, patient, detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
