**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Nurturing & Engagement
- Provide information on DSM’s courses, fees, scholarships, and career pathways, addressing all inquiries with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Webinars & Workshop Support
- Work with the Student Enrollment Advisor to coordinate and facilitate webinars and workshops, showcasing DSM’s curriculum and community.
- Prepare materials, track attendance, and manage communications to create an engaging and informative experience for prospective students.
- Application & Audition Guidance
- Scholarship & Financial Aid Support
- Provide basic financial guidance to prospective students and offer insights on payment plans to facilitate accessibility.
- CRM and Records Management
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, capturing lead interactions and key follow-ups as directed by the Student Enrollment Advisor.
- Regularly update lead statuses, ensuring the enrollment funnel is effectively managed and data is available for tracking and reporting purposes.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
