Location: Charni road,Mumbai, India

CTC: ₹300,000 per annum -₹360,000 per annum (₹30,000/month) mildly negotiable (commensurate with

experience)

Role Overview

The Enrollment Advisor / Telecaller will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective

outreach to interested leads, and manage follow-up communications, creating an informative

and welcoming environment for prospective students.

- Lead Outreach & Follow-Up
- Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information on

and conveying program details with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Organized & Process-Oriented: You can handle high volumes of calls and

follow-ups, managing each step of the process with accuracy and consistency.
- Supportive & Empathetic: You’re committed to creating a positive experience for

every prospective student, understanding that their journey with DSM begins with

you.
- Team-Oriented: You enjoy collaborating with a team, sharing insights, and

contributing to DSM’s mission to attract and enroll the best-fit students.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; degrees in arts, humanities, or

communications are an advantage.
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, sales, educational recruitment, or

telecalling; familiarity with high-touch customer interactions is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with CRM tools is

a plus.

Working Hours - 10-6

Full-time, Monday to Saturday
