Project Coordinator / Scrum Master
**Location**: Mohali
**Experience Required**: 2-5 years
**Industry Preference**: E-commerce / IT Services
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as a bridge between technical, design, and business teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as per Scrum framework.
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Manage communication between internal stakeholders and clients.
- Identify project risks and bottlenecks and proactively work on mitigation plans.
- Ensure project documentation, reports, and updates are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain high-quality delivery standards.
- Handle project escalations effectively and maintain positive client relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or as a Scrum Master.
- Prior experience managing **e-commerce projects** is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Scrum (CSM/PSM) is a plus.
