**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer communication/sales coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Must have good oral and written communication skills

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing inhouse pre & post sales activities
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Prepare and analyze sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and materials
- Assist in generating leads and prospecting new clients
- Maintain sales records and documentation
- Monitor and track sales performance
- Contribute to sales team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
