**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Build effective cross departmental relationships and an effective working partnership with all parts of the organisation.
- Conduct technical research for new projects and proposals in infrastructure development sector for various national & international organisations.
- Develop suitable proposal aligned with the objective & scope of the respective assignment.
- To analyse, synthesize, and produce briefs, concept notes, presentations, MIS reports, case studies and other materials.
- To conduct primary/secondary research and documentation as decided with the team lead related to infrastructure sector.
- Liaison with associate firms & experts for smooth execution of project in the stipulated timeframe.
- To undertake field visits to collect data and information to deepen the understanding and analysis around infrastructure development.
- Create and follow up on systems to track various projects and take proactive steps to ensure their accomplishment in a timely and effective manner.
- This role is hands on and will involve a high level of professionalism, as well as extensive interpersonal engagement with key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Provide data analytics and metrics of the organization’s productivity to the executive team and suggest strategic initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork, and efficiency.
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads.
- Serve as liaison with staff, executives and senior management regarding project updates and proposals.
- Handle client inquiries, develop action plans and assist with preparation and dissemination of communications.

**Skills**
- Previous working experience for infrastructure development sector.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Leadership skills: Goal Setting, Decision Making, Relationship Building.
- Open to learning and new ideas.
- Self-driven and creative.
- Report analysis: write quality reports with proper grammar, a professional appearance and language which accurately reflects the flow of reports.
- Excellent client servicing skills.
- Actively appreciates and includes the diverse insights and ideas of other team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
