**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the entire culinary team, including Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, and Kitchen Staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop innovative and seasonal menus that meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation, while also considering dietary restrictions and guest preferences.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish served.
- Maintain inventory levels and control food costs by implementing efficient ordering, receiving, and storage practices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Food and Beverage, Events, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of culinary offerings across the hotel.
- Train and mentor staff members, providing ongoing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and culinary techniques, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 10 years of culinary experience in a star hotel or fine dining establishment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation styles.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of creating memorable dining experiences and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
- Certification from a culinary institution or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
