**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle calls from new and existing patients to provide information about treatments and procedures.
- Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable services based on their needs.
- Follow up on leads generated from campaigns, social media, website, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Convert inquiries into consultations/appointments.
- Coordinate with in-clinic staff to ensure smooth patient experiences.
- Achieve monthly conversion and appointment targets.
- Educate patients about treatment timelines, post-care instructions, and cost estimates.
- Build rapport with clients and ensure a professional, reassuring tone in every interaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3 years of tele-counselling experience**, preferably in a **clinic, hospital, or aesthetic setup**.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command over English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong sales, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and patient management systems.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and confident approach.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
