Key Responsibilities
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Handle office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR and Accounts team with basic documentation and data entry.
- Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and overall smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and staff as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration/office management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.
