**Job Title: Sales Caller / On-Call Lead Conversion Specialist**

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Compensation: Basic Salary (INR 15,000 - 20,000) + Attractive Commission Structure (INR 15,000 - 25,000)

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Caller, you will contact potential customers from leads generated through digital marketing and other channels, understand their needs, recommend appropriate products, and guide them toward making a purchase. This role is essential to our customer acquisition strategy, requiring strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for closing sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Initiate calls with potential customers to assess their unique needs and preferences.

**Product Recommendation**: Offer tailored smart lock solutions based on customer requirements.

**Product Comparison**: Explain how our products stand out in terms of security, technology, and ease of use.

**Presentation & Demo**: Deliver engaging product presentations and live demos to showcase key features.

**Follow-Up & Conversion**: Answer questions, resolve any objections, and confidently guide customers to purchase.

**CRM Management**: Keep detailed, updated records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

**Sales Targets**: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals through effective lead nurturing and follow-up efforts.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Fresh graduates or 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.

Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Persuasive personality and a passion for closing sales.

Basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
