Their responsibilities include: Making sales: Using scripts to contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services, and to close sales Managing customer information: Maintaining a customer database with names, phone numbers, and addresses, and entering and updating customer information Handling customer queries: Answering questions about products or the company, and liaising with other departments to address customer complaints Following up: Following up on calls as needed, and keeping records of calls and sales Keeping up with industry trends: Staying aware of the latest industry trends Upselling: Upselling products if possible Handling grievances: Handling grievances to preserve the company's reputation Keeping customers updated: Keeping customers updated on new offers based on their previous preferences and needs Directing calls: Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed, and directing calls to other departments as needed

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
