**Job Title: Project Associate**

**Location**:New Delhi.

**About Organization**:Sewa Bridge Consulting Pvt Ltd (SB) is a dynamic startup dedicated to bridging impactful social development projects in India with suitable funders. By offering high-quality administrative, technological, and project management services, SB supports non-profit organizations in overcoming challenges and achieving their missions. SB provides tailored solutions, including grant writing, program design, technology implementation, and the development of software and portals, ensuring non-profits can enhance their efficiency and drive positive social impact.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**
- Support program implementation and coordination in collaboration with internal teams and external partners (NGOs, community leaders, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate program goals and initiatives.
- Develop concept notes, project proposals, and reports to summarize program progress and outcomes.
- Draft detailed presentations and documentation for partnerships and initiatives.
- Manage program data using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for analysis and reporting.
- Ensure multiple projects are effectively tracked, managed, and delivered within deadlines.
- Contribute to strengthening development sector initiatives by collaborating with NGOs and stakeholders.

**Qualification**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Development Studies, etc.).
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the development sector, especially in program coordination and NGO partnerships.

**Skills required**:

- Strong networking skills with stakeholders, including NGOs and community leaders.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
- MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, presentations, and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Expertise in drafting reports and summarizing project results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
