- **Communicate with customers**Telecallers reach out to potential customers to present products or services, and encourage them to make purchases or schedule appointments. They also manage incoming calls, resolve customer issues, and collect customer information.
- **Generate sales**Telecallers make cold calls to generate sales, and may also ask for orders over the phone. They may also provide pricing details and explain the benefits of products or services.
- **Provide customer support**Telecallers may address customer concerns or objections with persuasive responses. They may also collect data from existing customers on the impact of the company's products or services, and relay that data to relevant divisions.
- **Document conversations**Tele callers may make reports and documentation based on conversations they have with customers. They may also analyze and observe conversations, and report their findings to their team lead.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
