**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media including websites, social media posts, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to develop design concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure that designs are consistent across all platforms and follow best design practices.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- **Coordination**:

- Act as a point of contact between different departments (design, marketing, and development) to ensure seamless communication and project workflow.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather design requirements and feedback, ensuring project milestones are met on time.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are respected and deliverables are met.
- Assist in maintaining design assets, project files, and documentation.

**Required Skills**:
**Graphic Design Skills**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of web and print design, typography, color theory, and visual layout.
- Ability to create designs for different media, including web, social media, and print.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to both clients and internal teams.
- Confidence in managing client feedback and coordinating project updates.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player who can work collaboratively across departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and coordination roles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in coordinating with clients and managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of web design (HTML/CSS) is a plus but not mandatory.
