**Catalyze Calls for Female Student Coordinators**

Catalyze Center for Learning Pvt Ltd., is a leading Online education provider, serving a diverse client base and in various verticals of education.

We are looking for **Student Co-ordinators** with multi language skills.

Who is expertise in educational and Operational Counselling with effective communication skills and efficiency in Implementing the said Academic program and day to day back end operations with convincing abilities. Strong Academic and Logical thinking required.

Since the Job entails understanding the teaching/Learning process, We are looking for women with a strong teaching background who are good with academic programs, operational policy implementation and client management.

Rapport building with both new and existing customers (students and parents) and must be a good team player.

Competency in MS - office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Expectations from a Student Co-ordinators** **at Catalyze -**

1. Complete understanding on the various curricula and programmes offered in Catalyze with a focus on personalization and the learner.

2. Logical Thinking and Microsoft Xcel expertise

3. Firm understanding of Operational policies at Catalyze and Implementation of the same in partnership with Clients.

4. Process oriented Individual who loves to follow process.

5. Available and approachable to parents / (clients)

6. Strong Analytical skills and Excellent time management skills.

7. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

9. Conducts PTM- calls with parents, coordinators and the concerned tutors

10. Good at handling online tools

11. Passion towards Teaching to understand the process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
A graduate or Post graduate degree, with background of Math, Accountancy and Computer Science. Must be adaptable with technology.
Must possess a laptop, power back up and a high-speed internet connection.
Must be willing to work on flexible hours.

In house training will be provided on hiring

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Remuneration **: Subject to Age and Experience

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
