PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR**Job description**:

- 2 years experience in skill development projects like DDU-GKY, PMKVY, TNSDC, NULM, etc and a proven track record of project co-ordination
- Provide assistance to the operations department in managing the batches and completing their documentation.
- Engaging and coordinating with stakeholders for imparting Training.
- The Project Co-ordinator should support project management end to end. Support in various aspects of projects services.
- The responsibilities include the co-ordination and support in completion of projects on time and within the scope.
- Co-ordinate and drive with project resources/ stakeholders to achieve set performance targets.
- Check and monitor deadline, capture and summarize progress of the Project.
- Prepare reports & documentation for upper management, clients & government entities regarding the status of the Projects.
- Prepare proposals & submission of relevant documents for business acquisition.
- Research the needs of the organisation and employees.
- Ability to maintain the quality of training, thereby meeting the needs and requirements of organisation and clients.
- Create training strategies, initiatives and process.
- Creating reports for individuals as well as groups so that level of training can be defined and proper feedback should be gathered.
- Handling the projects of the department for the organisation and providing the inputs for the betterment.
- Ability to source & manage the project resource.
- Involved in up gradation & evolution of skill arena.
- Good knowledge of skill training SOPs.

**Qualification: Graduates with 2 to 3 years of skill training experience.**
