**Oracle Cloud Infrastructure ( OCI ) SME**
- **Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.**:
- **Strong experience in OCI including Administration and maintenance.**
- Strong experience OCI marketplace.
- **Strong knowledge on log file analysis, server con fig and networking.**:
- Should have experience in adding & manage users, provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business.
- Should be able to build custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles as per the business requirement.
- Review and audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Align segregation of duties and security profiles.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies and Application Server Life Cycle Management
- Meet SLA's with the business stakeholders, monitoring and reporting on those service levels, and escalating when service levels are not met
- Perform service-specific maintenance and administration tasks.
- View and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
- Manage accounts and subscriptions. Export metric data for a service instance. View account usage and provide reports
- Manage all Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to coordinate and complete any Administration tasks.
- Back Up and Recovery Oracle PaaS Applications
- Prepare to Troubleshoot Using Incidents, Logs, Quick Trace, and Diagnostic Tests
- Troubleshoot and tune All Layers of Fusion Framework Applications Tier, Middle Tier & Identity Management, WebCenter Portals & Reports
