**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Experience/ knowledge in Revit Architecture / BIM system is a must.
- Expert knowledge of architectural principles/practices and technical.
- Excellent communication, a team player, self-motivated, energetic and a self-starter with attention to detail.
- Coordinating with architects and documenting construction drawings for Medium to Large scale corporate interior and residential projects in Revit Architecture.
- Review BIM models (3D, 4D, and 5D) to ensure accuracy; Lead and perform clash detection processes for MEPF systems using industry-standard BIM software
- Conduct thorough analysis and review of all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and 3D models.
- Create detailed clash detection reports and coordinate with project teams to ensure proper resolution.
- Assist in BIM model quality control and ensure that models meet required standards and guidelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.
- Software skills: BIM 360, Navisworks, REVIT (experience in Revit family creation is must)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
