Job summary

Key Responsibilities
- **3D Model Development**: Create, analyze, and manage 3D BIM models specific to industrial, residential, and institutional projects, ensuring design accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- **BIM Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate and integrate project designs, identifying and resolving any clashes or discrepancies within BIM models.
- **Documentation**: Produce detailed architectural documentation and drawings directly derived from BIM models, maintaining up-to-date records throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and enforce BIM standards and protocols to ensure high-quality deliverables and optimize workflow efficiency.
- **Software Proficiency**: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements
- **Experience**: 4-8 years of experience working as a BIM Architect in the industrial, residential, or institutional sectors.
- **Education**: Graduation in B.Arch with architectural specialization or a relevant degree in architecture.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced BIM technologies
- Knowledge and understanding of AutoCad
- Strong project management skills
